My first-class service includes a variety of facials, body treatments, body wraps, scrubs, hot stone massages, skin care, microdermabrasion, waxing, custom airbrush tanning, and NovaLash eyelash extensions. I am a certified aesthetician, NovaLash eyelash stylist, and am highly trained in a variety of skin care techniques. I only use the highest quality products and ingredients in my treatment regimens. I also carry a full line of Eminence handmade organic skincare products from Hungary, doTerra essential oils, and the all-natural line of LaLalicious body butters, scrubs, and oils for your convenience.
From the moment you walk in the door, our focus is on your complete relaxation. We provide advanced Skincare solutions from facials to body wraps, our services are a great way to take a step back from the bustle of everyday life. Come take a break with us.
Many people underestimate the effect high-quality lotions and oils have on a spa treatment. We guarantee our all-natural products beauty and spa products help you with that extra feeling of zen. If you fall in love, our skincare products are available for purchase!
Cancellations
Violeta's Organic Spa requires a 24-hour notice of cancellation. Same day cancellations will be charged a $50 fee. No shows are considered a service rendered and charged as such.
Retail Products
Due to the nature of the products, for health and sanitation reasons, Violeta's Organic Spa is unable to credit or refund these items. A complimentary consultation is offered to assure desired results.
Payment
Violeta's Organic Spa accepts cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard. Checks are not accepted. American Express is not accepted.
Consultation
Violeta's Organic Spa provides complimentary consultations.
Scheduling
Appointments are preferred, but not necessary. If time is available I will be happy to provide walk-in clients with your desired treatment.
Arrival
On your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so there is time to complete a client consultation form.
Late Arrivals
Please plan to arrive on time to fully enjoy the time that has been reserved for you. If you are late, that time will be deducted from your total treatment time. This does not change the amount owed for the service. In order to be fair to others, your treatment must end on time so that other client sessions can begin on time.
Referral Program
Receive a 10% discount off any single service for every person you refer. Discounts can be accumulated. For example if you refer 5 people you would receive a 50% discount. This is not valid on package deals only single services and cannot be used towards retail products.
Gratuity
It is customary to leave a 15-20% tip based on the regular service price, tips are always appreciated.
Refusal of Service
Violeta's Organic Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
